Properties Plus announced the opening of the new corporate headquarters at 7040 S. Yale in Tulsa on Thursday, June 24th. The new headquarters is located at the NW corner of Yale Avenue and 71st Street and the 14,000 sq. ft. space reflects Properties Plus’ progressive culture from floor to ceiling, and offers the resources, amenities and real estate needed for future business expansion.

Formerly the home of American Institute of Medical Technology, the facility’s forward-thinking concept incorporates sustainable materials, modern design elements, and noteworthy highlights aimed to merge efficiency with creativity. The building features multiple high-tech conference rooms and meeting areas, a photo studio, two indoor racquetball courts and a 2,000 sq. ft community room. The building also includes full-service executive suites available for lease.

We have set aside space for non-profit and community organizations to gather with up to 60 people for training or educational sessions, workshops or meetings. Properties Plus celebrated its new location with a grand opening event and ribbon cutting with the Tulsa Metro Chamber on Thursday, June 25, 2009.
